Return & Refund Policy

All products sold are not return and refundable except for quality defective Mon’s Living offers 7 days return/refund from the date you received the items. To be eligible for return/refund, items should be returned in the original conditions and in the original packaging and container. If the item has been used or damaged by the customer or lost or damaged during the return transit, Mon’s Living will have no responsibility on it.

Once we received your returned item, we will examine it and notify you that we had received the item. Your refund status will be announced via email and notification after our staff has inspected the item. Once we check your item and if your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card (or original method of payment) within 3 days.

Customers should be responsible to pay your own shipping costs in returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be counted in your refund. Its take 3 to 5 day for shipping.
